Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy sessions are designed to get to the root of your problem and help you move forward with confidence.
We start by understanding your injury, your goals, and how it’s affecting your day-to-day life. From there, we carry out a thorough assessment to identify what’s driving your symptoms — not just where it hurts.
Treatment may include a combination of hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and clear guidance around load management and recovery. We focus on building strength, improving movement, and giving you the tools to manage your condition long-term.
Every session is tailored to you, with a clear plan so you know exactly what we’re working towards.
Initial Appointment
Your first appointment includes a thorough
assessment to understand your condition, medical history and goals. We’ll look at how you move, identify the likely cause of your symptoms, and discuss a clear plan moving forward. Treatment is usually started in this session and may include hands-on therapy, exercise prescription and self-management advice.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any relevant scans, reports or referrals.
Follow-up Appointment
This appointment is for ongoing treatment and review following an initial consultation.
We’ll check in on your progress, adjust your program as needed, and continue with hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehab to help you keep moving toward your goals.
Please note - this appointment type is used if you have already had an initial consultation. In the case of a new injury/area of concern, please use the 'Initial Appointment' option.
Group Exercise
Class
A physiotherapist-led exercise class that supports healthy aging.
Our small group exercise sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve movement, and stay consistent with your
training in a supportive environment.
Each session is guided by a physiotherapist, with exercises tailored to suit your level and any existing injuries. Whether you’re
returning from injury or looking to move and feel better, these sessions provide a structured and approachable way to train.
*A physiotherapy assessment is essential prior to attending group classes
